Overview
HP Ultra is a heavy-duty gantry laser cutter engineered for 12–60 kW processing. Its modular split frame fits into a 40HQ container to cut logistics cost, while the rigid floor-mounted rail structure guarantees smooth, vibration-free operation. The independent moving gantry and full-enclosure safety housing achieve 2G acceleration and 120 m/min speed with CE-level protection. Optional 3D cutting heads support straight cutting and bevel cutting in one setup for weld-preparation on thick plates, and composite cutting technology enables carbon steel cutting up to 200 mm for heavy-industry requirements.
